Supported Home Living is provided to individuals that reside
with their families or in their own residences. These individuals
usually require support services to help the development and support
of independent living skills. D&S staff provides these services
during an established timeframe based on individual needs. These
support services can be in the consumers home or in the community.
Services could include:
- Transportation
- Housekeeping
- Assistance with dressing and personal hygiene
- Meal preparation
- Assisting the consumer with eating
- Assistance with medication administration
- Helping the consumer achieve inclusion in community
activities and outings.
Supported Home Living services are provided and coordinated by
D&S Residential in all of its geographic service areas.
