D&S, founded in 1991 and serving the Knoxville area since 2001, is an established provider of community-based,
individualized services for persons needing assistance with various
activities of daily living. Working in cooperative partnership
with the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability, local Area
Agencies on Aging, and other community organizations, the company
has delivered a wide range of offerings to assist and promote
individuals in achieving higher levels of independence and
self-determination in their daily lives.
