D&S Residential Services holds numerous licenses and
contracts with several state agencies including the Tennessee Department of
Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities (TDMHDD), the Tennessee Department
of Finance and Administration, Division of Mental Retardation Services and the
Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability. Based on specified program
eligibility criteria and guidelines, services are provided to both adult and
child/youth populations under funding from these entities.
