| Min. Qualifications: | Must have high school diploma or GED, valid drivers license, acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a background check. Prior supervisory/group home management and experience with MHMR preferred. |
| Compensation: | Based on Experience. |
| Essential Duties: | Oversee and manage all aspects of group home(s). Provide supervision to direct care staff, ensuring that homes are clean and well maintained and consumer individual needs are met. Working direct care shifts and transporting consumers as scheduled and needed. |
| Job Description: | Responsible for the day-to-day operation of residential homes and provide direct supervision to direct care staff to ensure the delivery of quality services while promoting the independence, health and safety of the consumers served. |
